1. Our commitment
The protection of your privacy is not an option — it is the foundation of our medical ethics. Novaclinic (formerly Novacare), operated by NovaCare Technology SA, a Swiss public limited company, is committed to processing your data with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFDPA) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data controller
The entity responsible for collecting and processing your data is:

3. Sovereign hosting
Data collected via the waitlist sign-up form is transmitted to our backend infrastructure hosted in Switzerland / the European Union, respecting applicable security standards.
4. What data do we collect?
4.1 Sign-up form data
When you join our Founding Members waitlist, we collect:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Canton of residence (optional)
- Symptoms or reasons for contacting us (optional, multiple choice)
- Interface language (FR/EN)
- UTM parameters (traffic source, for internal statistics)
4.2 Navigation data (analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 in anonymized mode:
- IP anonymization enabled (your IP is truncated before processing)
- Google Signals disabled (no cross-referencing with other Google data)
- Data collected: page views, conversion events, session duration, device type
In the future, we may also use Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. You will be notified and a consent mechanism (CMP) will be implemented before this is activated.
5. Why do we use your data?
5.1 For your future care
- Keep you informed about the opening of the Novaclinic Malley Center (September 2026)
- Offer you Founding Member status and associated conditions
- Prepare your future personalized support based on the symptoms you indicated
- Send you communications related to the center's launch
5.2 To improve our service
- Understand which themes (menopause, fatigue, digestion…) most interest our audience
- Measure the effectiveness of our communication campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads in the future)
- Continuously improve the content and ergonomics of the site
6. Data sharing
Your personal data is never sold to advertising third parties. It may only be shared:
- With the Novaclinic team, to ensure your follow-up and recontact
- With our technical subcontractors (hosting provider, transactional email service) under strict confidentiality agreements
- With competent authorities, only if Swiss law requires it (e.g., judicial mandate)
7. Retention period
Your waitlist registration data is retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction with Novaclinic, unless you explicitly request its deletion. Google Analytics navigation data is retained for 14 months by default.
8. Your rights
In accordance with the nFDPA and GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: view all data we hold about you
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Right to erasure: request complete deletion of your data
- Right to portability: retrieve your data in a structured and readable format
- Right to object: refuse certain processing (analytics, marketing communications)
- Right to withdraw consent: at any time, without justification

9. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our site currently uses the following cookies and technologies:
- Functional cookies: necessary for the site to function properly (language preference, etc.)
- Google Analytics 4: anonymized audience analysis
- SessionStorage: temporary storage of your visit source (UTM)
10. Modifications to this policy
This policy may evolve to adapt to legal requirements or changes in our service. The online version always prevails. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the last update.
